A first-rate portfolio of UX design across platforms
Strong interaction, usability, IA and visual design skills
Skilled at gathering requirements from clients and end users
Can translate research findings into use cases, concepts and designs
Excellent knowledge of interactive experiences and the digital landscape
A sharp eye for detail
Have a good head for statistics/analysis/mathematics

Designers

A first-rate portfolio of digital design
Can formulate and effectively communicate a creative vision
Excellent knowledge of interactive experiences and the digital landscape
Understand user experience and information architecture
Always strive for design excellence
A sharp eye for detail
Have a good head for statistics/analysis/mathematics

Developers

Experienced with building client-side Javascript websites/apps using an MVC pattern (e.g. Backbone.js)
Familiar with other languages and have done some server-side programming
Care about how your code is structured and like trying new approaches
Can draw graphics in the browser using SVG, canvas or WebGL
Have worked with some frameworks, CMSs and APIs
Understand cross-browser issues and device limitations
Have experience with building responsive designs
Have some experience with automated build processes
A sharp eye for detail and an appreciation for design
Have a good head for statistics/analysis/mathematics
